We accept Visa, Email Money Transfer, MasterCard and PayPal payments.

Many customers prefer to order over the phone. Please Contact Us to process your payment. We welcome your call!

To process your online payments we have chosen to use PayPal, the most trusted and secure payment method on the internet today. PayPal allows you to shop securely by keeping your financial information private. Even if you do not have, or wish to have a Pay Pal account you may safely and securely shop on our site through PayPal. For more information about PayPal click the logo below.

Pickup and Shipping

If you live in Ontario, you may be able to save the shipping cost and pick up your order at our warehouse location in Lake of Bays, Muskoka. We also offer pickup for many Rave Sports products in Southwest Ontario and Aquaglide products in the Kawartha Lakes. Please Contact Us for pickup information.

Virtually all products are in stock and ready to ship within a day or two of order. You will receive an email notification with tracking number once your order has shipped. We may ship your order in separate packages to expedite delivery. If your product is back ordered we will let you know expected delivery time through an order confirmation.

We will ship to most locations within Canada at the shipping rate provided in the product description and shopping cart. Additional shipping surcharges may apply for remote locations. Please do not hesitate to Contact us to get a shipping estimate.

We do not accept orders for shipment outside of Canada.

A Problem with Your Order?

If something is wrong with your order, we certainly want to help you.
Do you need to cancel or change an order that has yet to enter the shipping process?
Did you receive a damaged or defective item?

Are you Missing an Item?

Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. In order to fill your order quickly and efficiently, we might have split your order into multiple shipments. If this is the case, rest assured you won't be charged any additional shipping costs beyond those you authorized originally.


We will accept any unused item for return within 60 days of purchase and credit you fully for the value of the product. Should you wish to make a return please Contact Us. Products must be unused and returned prepaid in the original packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded.


Warranty is provided by the Manufacturer according to the policy provided in the Product Manual received with your purchase. If you believe that you have a problem that should be covered by the Manufacturer's warranty, please Contact Us. We will help you with the claim process and do our best to help you reach an appropriate resolution with the Manufacturer.
